Services

Service oriented businesses could easily be found in the Minor Central Business District, like in Alimannao, Camasi, Centro and Callao area. These are pansiteria, billiard hall, hotel, carinderia, tailoring shop, physical fitness gymn, slaughter house, auto repair, welding/vulcanizing, furniture shop, barber shop, sound system, computer shop and catering services.

Manufacturing

Latest survey manifested that businesses engaged in manufacturing are purely cottage size enterprises. This is due to the lack of market connections, insufficient capital, lack of interest among workers and lack of knowledge in business investment.

At present, manufacturers are only focused on small-scale business and some are trying to engage in it.

Real Estate

The municipality is fortunate to have three subdivision developers all located in Barangay Alimannao.

The Woodcrest North subdivision constructed 413 total numbers of saleable residential houses and with an area of 5.478 hectares where amenities and facilities were provided in the subdivision. Some units are designed in single detached and duplex type, they also offer lot purchased only.

Another is the NHA, which developed 417 saleable lots, consisting of social, economic and commercial lots with a total area of 105,475 square meters.

The other subdivision is the Peñablanca White Rock developed by the Triad Traders. It composed of three (3) phases covering an area of (7,342 sq.m, X 6,323 sq.m.) respectively totaling to 19,316 sq.m.
